OBJECTIVE:
Cargill’s recruiting team was exploring ways to engage prospective college graduates. In the past, they had given out inexpensive premiums that didn’t do a very good job of telling a story about the organization.
SOLUTION/RESULT:
BIG proposed three creative options for this initiative that helped to tell a better story about the organization. The option that was selected was a custom Cargill Sodoku book that was laden with FUN facts on every page about Cargill and its world-class organization. The campaign was so successful that it led to multiple re-orders.
